    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Illes Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for performing duties at the professional level in various HR department functional areas. Your primary objectives will include complete recruitment processes for salaried and hourly positions, conducting orientation processes, and enforcing company policies and practices.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Full Cycle Recruiting: Consult with management to identify and scope recruitment needs through job requisitions; develop effective sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
    • Sourcing and Screening: Find qualified candidates for open positions by collaborating with hiring managers and building positive relationships.
    • Onboarding: Conduct background checks, reconcile invoices, and complete new hire paperwork while coordinating with partners.
    Requirements:
    An associate degree and/or experience in human resources and recruiting are desired. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and HR certification is a plus.
