The role of a Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health is to provide high-quality and compassionate healthcare to local Medicare patient populations at our network of neighborhood primary care centers. Our Primary Care Physicians work at a single medical center supported by extensive care teams, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional care rather than a high volume of services. Our innovative care model and attractive incentives are designed to promote positive outcomes, reduce hospital admissions, emphasize preventive medicine, and ensure an unparalleled patient experience.
We are seeking motivated physicians who are dedicated to providing outstanding care to older adults. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Highly qualified applicants may also be considered for a Center Medical Director role.
