    Descripción Asistente de Cuidado Personal PCA

    Educación: Graduado de la escuela secundaria o equivalente preferido.
    Debe tener 18 años de edad para trabajar.
    Experiencia: 0-6 meses

    Deberes y responsabilidades:
    • Ayudar a organizar los artículos del hogar.
    • Ayudar con las tareas básicas de limpieza (barrer, pasar la aspiradora, quitar el polvo, trapear)
    • Cuidado de la ropa (lavar, secar, planchar y guardar / colgar)
    • Ayudar o administrar baño en la cama con esponja, o en la tina, ducha o un baño sentado
    • Ayudar o vestir al cliente
    • Ayudar y/o realizar el cuidado del cabello, el cuidado de la piel y el cuidado de las uñas (limpieza debajo de las uñas, limado; no puede cortar las uñas de un cliente)
    • Cuidado de la boca (incluidas las dentaduras postizas)
    • Hacer una cama ocupada o desocupada
    • Ayudar con la movilidad con o sin dispositivos de asistencia.
    • Ayudar a afeitar a cliente si es necesario
    • Ayudar con ejercicios de rango de movimiento activo si lo prescribe el médico
    • Ayudar con transferencias con / sin dispositivos mecánicos
    • Ayudar con la manipulación, el almacenamiento de alimentos
    • Prepare al cliente para la hora de comer y ayude con la alimentación
    • Tomar / registrar los signos vitales (presión arterial, temperatura, frecuencia cardíaca y respiración) y registrar el azúcar en sangre
    • Ayudar al cliente con la bacinica / urinario si es necesario
    • Observar, registrar e informar los medicamentos auto administrados
    • Aplicar calor y frío según lo prescrito por el médico.
    • Ayudar a los clientes a comprender las órdenes / rutinas médicas y fomentar el cumplimiento
    • Reconocer e informar los indicadores de abuso, negligencia, enfermedad, etc al funcionario correspondiente.
    • Proporcionar primeros auxilios básicos
    • Responder a las necesidades de emergencia a medida que ocurren según la política de la empresa.
    • Ayudar a encontrar / utilizar servicios comunitarios
    • Brindar compañerismo / apoyo emocional

    Tipo de trabajo: Tiempo completo. Lunes a viernes 8:00am - 3:00pm. Puede trabajar los fines de semana también si desea. O si lo prefiere puede trabajar solamente los fines de semana.
