Job summary
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse & Grounds Manager to lead our inventory operations while serving as the primary steward of our physical property. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our facility-from managing high-volume shipping and receiving to ensuring our grounds, parking areas, and exterior landscaping are safe, clean, and well-maintained.Responsibilities
*Manage all warehouse activities in support of operations including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking,& shipping*Review analyze & implement efficient and effective department processes policies,& procedures.*Monitoring warehouse floor productivity..*Ensure accurate timely shipments
*Enforce established safety guidelines; promote a safe workplace.
Qualifications
*3–5 years in warehouse management with a verified background in facilities or groundskeeping.*Strong inventory control skills.Proven experience in warehouse management and facility/grounds maintenance.Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.Experience in landscape maintenance including mowing irrigation system repair seasonal prep like snow or debris removal.Ability to troubleshoot perform minor repairs on warehouse machinery (forklifts) and grounds equipment (tractors blowers).Job description
