**This is an onsite and permanent position**

**Candidate's credit will be reviewed before any interviews**

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing collection efforts for the assigned portfolio, including skip tracing activities and handling manual outbound calls.
• Handling inbound calls for collections and customer service in a call center setting.
• Making outbound calls for cash collection and initiating loss mitigation when necessary.
• Facilitating payment setups, encouraging ACH payments, and following up on payment commitments while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements for this role:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of Collections experience, specifically in Mortgage.
