Randstad has partnered with a growing company in the Northeast Metro to recruit for their CNC Machinist/Programmer position. We're searching for highly skilled Prototype Machinists/Programmers. If you like daily challenges, keep reading. What they're looking for: 1st Shift Swiss Machinist Pay Range: $30-$48/hr MUST be comfortable with complicated setups and tight tolerances MUST be skilled at working with Citizen Swiss Machinery MUST have GibbsCAM or Esprit programming experience ABOUT THE COMPANY: They're estimated to grow 50% by the end of 2025. They're investing in new machinery: Citizen Swiss and Mazak Mill/Lathe The company prides themselves on producing incredibly high quality medical parts (tight tolerances) This is a job shop environment that requires prototype machining along with some long run, frequent orders

salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

What they're looking for:

1st Shift Swiss Machinist

Pay Range: $30-$48/hr

MUST be comfortable with complicated setups and tight tolerances

MUST be skilled at working with Citizen Swiss Machinery

MUST have extensive experience programming with GibbsCAM or Esprit for Swiss Machining

Research and Development

Prototype Machining

Tight tolerances

The essential functions of this role include

working in a smoke free environment
standing for 4 hours at one time

Skills

CNC (5 years of experience is required)
Continuous Improvement (1 year of experience is preferred)
Tight Tolerances
Swiss Machining (5 years of experience is required)
GibbsCAM Programming (5 years of experience is preferred)
Esprit Programming (5 years of experience is preferred)
