Description

Responsibilities The CVN 400 HZ Systems Lifecycle Analyst will provide subject matter expertise support to shipboard personnel, supporting the CEMAT electrical project team providing engineering and technical guidance, material, maintenance, and training assistance to ships force for shipboard equipment and systems for Commander, Naval Aviation Atlantic (CNAL) East Coast CVN aircraft carriers in the Atlantic Fleet
The CVN 400 HZ Systems Lifecycle Analyst will execute all duties and responsibilities as part of the CEMAT team and other supplemental duties as assigned to support the CNAL CEMAT tasking
The CVN 400 HZ Systems Lifecycle Analyst will provide over the shoulder and On-the-job (OJT) training to ship's force Sailors as required
The CVN 400 HZ Systems Lifecycle Analyst will solve a variety of structured problems by applying professional standards and Noblis concepts and methodologies
Have knowledge of a particular area and a general awareness of other areas
Working independently with general instruction, apply intermediate skills to deliver high quality work products and services to support projects
The CVN 400 HZ Systems Lifecycle Analyst will conduct analysis and make recommendations to support to TYCOM Fleet Maintenance & Industrial Management, Systems Engineering, and Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) initiatives
Required Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in a technical field OR Associates Degree and 10-12 years minimum of experience in lieu of degree"

HS diploma or equivalent and 16+ years experience with either Surface Ship or CVN Aircraft Carrier Electrical experience.

years of documented electrical technical knowledge and expertise in electrical systems and equipment onboard U.S

Navy ships or aircraft carriers.

5+ years experience working with and directly supporting U.S

Navy government customers.

Employee must have an active Security Clearance at the SECRET level

Desired Qualifications

Prior naval service and experience onboard Surface navy or aircraft carriers is required
Candidate should have excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Candidate should have extensive experience and be well versed in all Microsoft Office Suite products.
Candidate should be well versed in NAVSEA Standard Items and the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM)

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status
Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours
The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees
Posted Salary Range USD $55, USD $97,020.00 /Yr
