    Able to represent all relevant ams OSRAM products to OEMs/Tier 1sAble to drive OEM requirements into future internal product roadmap decisionsUnderstand and influence OEM technical requirements to create opportunitiesAble to define long-term partnership proposals and influence customer's future product planning decisions to recommend or specify ams OSRAM technology and/or products to Tier 1 suppliers for targeted applicationsUnderstand, maintain and distribute key OEM information, including trends, platform program and SAM/TAMWork closely with Tier1s on specific OEM projects where the Tier1s are heavily involvedManage and drive internally and externally all aspects of the Global Business of select OEMs and Tier 1 customers, including coordination of resources and activities in other regionsCustomer Relationship DevelopmentSecure access to all relevant decision-makers at the customerCreate a global account relationship development plan to secure appropriate relationships with the customerCommunicate appropriate customer-specific information to immediate managementRecognized by the customer as empowered to champion customer's needs within ams OSRAMCreate, document, and execute relationship plans consistent with the Business Development strategy for all targeted OEMs and Tier1sEstablish contacts at all levels from working level to Executive Management between ams OSRAM and OEMs/Tier 1sWho we are looking forBachelor's in business or related field with 3+ years of experience in Automotive sales, developing business with North American OEM and Tier 1 customersKnowledge of the automotive value chainGlobal travel requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills and MS Office skills including effective presentation abilitiesExcellent assertiveness and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively within a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsStrategic thinking and actingams OSRAM is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
