Job description

The Council for Professional Recognition is the nation's leading credentialing organization for early childhood educators and the home of the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential—the most widely recognized certification in early childhood education. For more than 45 years, the Council has advanced the professionalization of the early childhood education workforce by establishing rigorous standards that ensure educators have the skills and knowledge to support the healthy development of children from birth to age five.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst to manage, integrate, and optimize enterprise data across the Council's Microsoft-based technology environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, secure, and reliable data flows that support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making. The IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst advances the Council's mission by delivering high-quality data solutions that enable informed decisions and organizational excellence.

About the Role

The IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst is the Council's primary technical data specialist responsible for managing and optimizing data integrations across Azure Synapse Analytics, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft technologies. This role ensures that data flows efficiently and securely from core operational systems into downstream environments used for analytics, reporting, and business operations.

In addition, the position supports DevOps functions by maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring consistent and reliable releases across development, test, and production environments. The IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst works closely with the Business Data Analyst, Solutions Architects, vendors, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality data and integration solutions aligned with organizational goals.
