    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the business. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the execution of new product introductions, processing quote requests, processing return authorizations, supply chain performance improvement, category review tasks, pricing analysis, accounting dispute resolution, marketing/e-commerce initiatives, and other customer service-related tasks.
    • Participate in product meetings, seminars, and other training to develop and maintain appropriate level of product knowledge.
    • Foster a positive work environment conducive to collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and align with business development efforts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide support to clients regarding product inquiries, order status, and other related issues.
    • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
    • Compile data and generate insights to support decision-making.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Proven work experience in administrative or operations support or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Some travel may be required.
