- Knowledgeable in the safe operation of all garage tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists, and jacking equipment.
- Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.
- Adhere to manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures.
- Shall be consistently capable of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Performance preventive maintenance on fleet of trailers
- Welding/fabrication as needed on trailer equipment.

- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.
- Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic and welding experience required.
- experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining diesel engines in a shop, fleet or roadside assistance.
- Welding experience for trailers maintenance is required.

- This job requires frequent activities such as standing, walking, pushing and pulling up to 75lbs. and lifting up to 50lbs.
- The position also requires occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching/working overhead and climbing. Many tasks require the use of one or both hands such as installing parts, using wrenches, tools and other diagnostic equipment.
- Shop, yard, vehicle environment, typically noisy. Required to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and snow/ice conditions.

The company is seeking an experienced Fleet Technician - Truck/Trailer.
