The Director, Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring assigned surgical centers and initiatives are operated within performance and regulatory objectives involving Clinical Managers and the VP, Clinical Operations.
Ensures all surgical centers in a designated geography, current and future, have the proper licenses and accreditations in a timely mannerEvaluates clinical staff activities to ensure patient care, staff relations and efficiency of serviceCoordinates patient care with business office, pre-op, OR and PACUObserves nursing/clinical care to ensure that the care is carried out as directed and treatment is administered in accordance with physicians' instructionsCoordinates with physicians, medical staff, and other ancillary services to ensure that effective communication is maintainedCoordinates with Inventory Control Manager for equipment, special equipment, and supplies for upcoming surgical cases and resolves any problemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare related preferred3+ years practice management experience in a management level positionExperience in a healthcare environment including clinic operations, financial management, qualitymanagement and risk management in a medium size medical facilityExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong business acumen driving operational excellenceTravel Requirement - 75% (Out of State)Mia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
