WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
As a IT User Coordinator at Relias, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless user experiences across our platform. You will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels to our software applications. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, customer-centric focus, and meticulous attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Create user accounts and access controls across all software platforms
• Assist in the development and implementation of user management policies and procedures
• Update Active Directory Group membership
• Monitor user activity and troubleshoot access issues
• Support a repository of user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and Vendor Management teams to ensure system integrity and security
• Collaborate with Enablement to ensure the organization is receiving highest value from software tools
• Provide technical support to users and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices for user access management
• Participate in regular audits of user access and security settings
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Customer-focused
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and users
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Basic knowledge of user access controls and system administration with a SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
• Experience with Jira or other agile workflow communication tools
• Experience with Miro
• Experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce
• Experience in a Customer Service role
