    RaceTrac Company OverviewJob Description:
    The Territory Sales Manager (Southeast) will drive rack gasoline and diesel sales for Gulf Oil.

    You will be responsible for driving the growth of the Gulf Oil brand throughout your territory by supporting prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and utilizing the company's competitive advantages in brand strength to formulate optimal solutions.

    This position supports markets across the southeast territory. This will require 50% or more travel throughout the region. We will consider applicants locally based in GA, FL, AL, and TN.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and secure a pipeline of new opportunities by utilizing various methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings, and networkingFormulate appropriate branding packages for your customers, manage contract negotiations, and assists in determining applicable offersPartner with your customers to keep their marketing strategy competitive by ensuring the proper implementation and utilization of all marketing, advertising, image, and credit card programs offered by GulfMaintain expert knowledge of all industry trends and market intelligence; conduct the SWOT analysis for your territoryLeverage the internal resources backing up your efforts by maintaining effective daily communication and timely reportingActively listen to your customers and champion any issues to resolutionQualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; A combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered in lieu of a completed degree5+ years of demonstrated outside sales representative experience required; Oil & gas industry experience strongly preferredProven record of success driving salesAvailable for regular travel to meet prospective and established customers (often exceeding 50%)Excellent planning, organizational and communication skillsWorking proficiency with MS Office Suite
