E.H. Wolf & Sons and M.A. Wolf Trucking Inc. is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our team. As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of our transportation services. Responsibilities:

1. Safety First: Perform all job duties and responsibilities with safety as the top priority. Keep employees and the community safe through adherence to safety protocols.
2. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person. Provide support and information on products and services related to our route and transport fuel team. Relay relevant information to the appropriate dispatcher.
3. Backup Support: Understand both the route and transport dispatch system. Be prepared to provide backup during vacations and other absences. Ensure seamless operations even when key team members are away.
4. Pricing and Quotes: Process daily pricing through our software system. Take the lead on pricing and quotes that come through dispatch. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in pricing communication.
5. Transport Dispatching: Be efficient in transport dispatching. Handle backup duties and weekend rotations effectively. Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely deliveries.
6. Flexible Hours: Be available to work weekends and extended hours on a rotation basis.
7. Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in a related field preferred).
• Experience: At least three years of related experience in warehouse/freight operations or similar duties.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational skills for route preparation and assignment.
  • Basic understanding of geographical areas and mapping programs to facilitate efficient routing.
  • Proficiency with dispatch and recordkeeping systems.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and remain composed under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a room with multiple conversations happening simultaneously.
