    As a Barclays Actimize Developer, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and implementation of software solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Financial Crime and Risk program.

    What will you be doing?


    • Analyzing business requirements and converting them to technical solutions for installation, modification, and implementation of functionality on Nice Actimize AML solutions
    • Participating in data requirement analysis and assisting with data mapping creation between source systems to AML solution data structure
    • Performing configurations and implementations on Nice Actimize AML Solutions such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) and Risk Case Management (RCM)
    • Supporting ad-hoc inquiries from stakeholders, clients, audit, and other technical teams
    • Leading the troubleshooting of issues to ensure quick investigations and resolutions
    • Formulating test cases and test plans as well as preparing test data and providing support in the testing process
    • Training and overseeing junior team members to ensure the team delivers stable functionality on time
    • Producing documentation required for the implementation of Actimize solutions including production checklist, deployment plan, deployment instructions, etc

    What we're looking for:

    • Experience in implementation and upgrade of Nice Actimize AML solutions (specifically SAM, Watch List Filtering (WLF), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
    • Compliance or Financial Crime experience in a large global financial institution or equivalent
    • Hands-on experience with Analytics Intelligence Server (AIS) and RCM Designer
    • Experience with development on SQL Server and/or Oracle database

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Understanding of AML, Sanctions, governance and regulatory control frameworks and best practices
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
    • Knowledge of multiple programming languages preferred
    • Experience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure efficient solutions delivery
