    The role in a Nutshell:


    As a Strategic Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to build relationships with Enterprise accounts, identify strong opportunities, and WIN BIG.

    Combined with this core focus our representatives are role models within the business.

    Demonstrating and applying your experiences you will have an influential seat in the growth team, helping us to continue to improve and develop our capabilities through regular exposure to key departmental leaders and build your reputation as an agent for change.


    How you will make a difference:

    Identify the right opportunities from leads - through a combination of Discovery Due Diligence, Account and Engagement PlanningBuild Target Account strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel PartnershipsOwn and control the sales process for each opportunity - combining internal/external stakeholder management, attention to detail, critical thinking and solution influencing leveraging the Safeguard Way structureUsing Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track contacts, and accounts and generate new opportunities, Focused on hunting and developing new accounts in the middle enterprise market spaceEffectively managing pipeline including generating analysis and reports for the management teamDeveloping a deep understanding of your prospect's business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles.

    Implementing sales & pipeline building market strategies.
    Building and maintaining relationships with executives and key decision-makers in Mid Enterprises.

    Handling objections from potential sales opportunitiesSkills Required:
    Demonstrated expertise in managing major accounts and enterprise-level relationships.
    Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within strategic accounts.
    Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to navigate organizational hierarchies.
    Skilled in building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    Proficient in developing and executing strategic account plans to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
    Ability to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account penetration.

    Tenacious, hungry, and competitive in nature with the Desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organizationExcellent Communicator both written and verbal, you know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say itA confident negotiator and influencer, liaising with C-Level Executives.
