    Looking for a Lead Field Services Engineer on a contract to hire basis to join a fantastic company with a great culture, long-term employees, and a fantastic benefits package


    The Lead Field Services Engineer will be the escalation point for the FSEs for a wide variety of end user areas including AV initiatives, desktop support, printer support, troubleshooting Active Directory issues, onboarding issues, etc.

    You'll also be providing white glove tech support to the C-suite and SVPs as well.

    Duration:

    6-month contract to hire

    Location:
    Tampa Bay area - onsite 5 days per week


    Requirements:
    8-10 years of field service engineer experience
    Must be proactive, have strong customer service skills, and experience/capability of supporting senior executives.
    Must have wide knowledge including Win 10/11, latest iOS, printer knowledge, Active Directory, AV equipment, etc.
    Should have an Associate Degree and some certifications such as: MCSE, SCCM, ITIL Foundation, etc.
    Must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week - this is not negotiable.
    Must not require sponsorship or work for a 3rd party
