Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Older Adult Activity Program

Provide Companionship and Nursing Care to participants in an enrichment day program

Schedules: Weekday coverage; 8AM-12PM preferred, will consider other hours

Pay: $30 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

• Take attendance and follow up with absent participants
• Document Care
• Administer Medications
• Complete Assessments
• Manage MARS and update quarterly
• Assist direct care staff with toileting and feeding

LPN Requirements:

• NC LPN or compact License
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of direct care nursing experience
• CPR certification (no online courses)
