- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and clean or dust surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and break rooms
- Wash internal and external windows
- Spot clean walls and carpets
- Sweep and clean up exterior patio areas and empty trash
- May require assistance in replacing light bulbs, sidewalk maintenance, general yard/parking lot pick-up, light general maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Prior custodial/janitorial experience in office/industrial environment preferred
