Responsibilities:
Northside Hospital is seeking a primary care provider to join our Johns Creek office. This is a full time, outpatient position.

The Community of Forsyth County is an area northeast of Atlanta with a small town heart, but big city spirit.

Required:
MD/DO from an acredited Medical School
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
State of Georgia Medical License
Active DEA
