    Description

    Responsibilities: But Not Limited To

    • Supervise and delegate Office employees, which includes involvement in hiring decisions, coordinating employee schedules, conducting staff meetings, training employees, evaluating performance, and supervising all administrative duties related to the Around the Clock Plumbing.
    • Assist the Field Supervisor to lead technicians to work at their maximum productivity by coaching, training and developing technicians to increase technical, customer service, and sales skills.
    • Verify and create Technician schedules.
    • Track Time sheets, locations and schedules for office staff.
    • Issue Purchase orders for technicians and office staff as needed.
    • Dispatching support and audit serve tickets and Purchases.
    • Provide administrative, customer service, & sales support to the field via telephone, and/or at job sites (if needed)
    • Review and audit technician paperwork daily; ensure that all equipment is in proper operating condition and manage administrative compliance.
    • Prepare written work cost estimates for clients if needed.
    • Follow up with current customers to provide solutions to their most challenging plumbing and drain cleaning problems.
    • Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
    • Handle paperwork flow in the office supporting managers and accounting.
    • Customer support, complaint/conflict resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide KPIs (Performance Data) to managers and divisional managers or owners.
    • Work with Facilities Manager scheduling regular fleet maintenance.
    • Uniform and other supply orders and issuances.
    • Tablet, phone issuances for new technician starts.
    • Organize meetings/communications for technicians.
    • Initial contact for customer resolution matters.
    • Provide administrative support for the Field supervisor and Sales Manager
    • Will also support major projects by creating reports, tracking customer leads, and follow up.
    • Off hour service support for customer support during on call week/weekends

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative management experience in the plumbing, maintenance, construction or service-related field
    • Degree or Certificate in Business Management preferred but not required.
    • Trades experience highly preferred.
    • Must have managed a team in the trades/service industry.
    • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual goals & objectives.
    • Ability to handle physical workload.
    • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Field Edge, Service Titan or equivalent CRM software.
