- Operate AOI machines for quality inspection and oversee product completion on the SMT Line.
- Monitor foil inventory, order new foils for upcoming products, and ensure proper foil usage.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to schedule tasks effectively.
- Ensure smooth product flow through the SMT process to meet production deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive training to team members through written and verbal instructions.
- Implement best practices and efficient work methods.
- Communicate inventory shortages to the Stockroom and manage tool maintenance and replacements.
- Review and approve ECOs related to the SMT Department.
- Profile reflow ovens according to product requirements.
- Research potential equipment purchases and obtain quotations for procurement.
- Adjust the SMT process based on feedback from other departments.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new equipment, tools, and parts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer skills and technology use.
- Familiarity with reading and understanding electronics schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience in using tools for fabrication and assembly.
