- the credentialing process for medical staff, Advanced Practice Professionals, and vendors to ensure competence and compliance with organizational standards.
- and implement department policies and procedures related to credentialing.
- as recording secretary for Credentials Committee and prepare reports for Executive Committee and Board of Trustees.

- Degree required
- of 5 years of experience in a medical staff setting
- Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
- of State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations
- credentialing and management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- hospital credentialing experience required
- hold a director-level position

As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the credentialing, appointment, and evaluation processes for our medical staff and Advanced Practice Professionals.

Location: Tallahassee, FL
Type: Full-time, No Weekends
Status: Direct Hire/Permanent
Compensation: 100,000-130,000 per year with 15% annual discretionary bonus
