    Orthopedic Surgery opening in Oregon
    Located in La Grande, OR - Boise, ID 170m; Portland, OR 260m

    Seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible Orthopedic Surgeon who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility


    • Full-time, permanent
    • Four 10-hour days per week
    • Join 3 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals
    • Level IV Trauma Center (1:3 call)
    • Local University with Athletics Program
    • Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.
    • Epic EMR
    • Serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
    • Board certification or eligibility required
    • Open to new grads
    • Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital - Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($810k+)
    • RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
    • Quality incentives up to $177k annually
    • Commencement bonus of $50,000
    * $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
