- Plan and execute promotional sales events and campaigns to attract new members/guests and enhance retention rates, incorporating personalized sales messaging and experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and medical services to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure executive of membership sales and member experience.
- Develop KPIs to monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to evaluate team and individual performance.
