Job summary
The Director of the Central Pharmacy Services Center provides expert leadership in the planning, coordination and direction of the central pharmacy services center for the enterprise.This includes but is not limited to providing safe effective and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care. The CPSC Director is responsible for leading and supporting managers and supervisors in developing improving services to create optimal performance levels.
Ensures adequate staffing levels performs periodic staffing level assessments ensures effective allocation of resources for warehouse management distribution services at CPSC.,
- Assists with developing an organizational plan for central pharmacy distribution outpatient pharmacy services consistent with scope provided by pharmacy.
- Responsible for leading supporting managers supervisors in improving service performance creating optimal performance levels.
