    Job Summary

    A high-level executive position responsible for driving the success of a meat processing plant, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company strategies and policies.
    • Drive sales growth through relationships with broadline division teams and partnership with area and region leadership.
    • Lead a high-performance management team, attracting and retaining talent, and providing coaching and mentoring.
    • Ensure solid financial reports and achieve annual operating plan (AOP) goals.
    • Spearhead growth strategies and processes, representing the company with customers, employees, and business partners.

    Supervision:

    • Direct supervision of functional leads: Warehouse, Production, Finance, Admin, Purchasing, and Sales.
    • Dotted line supervision of functional leads: Finance, HR, FSQA.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role in sales, manufacturing, or production, preferably in a meat processing environment.
    • Knowledge of FSQA, strong P & L experience, sales, and leadership skills.
