- Develop relationships with Dispatchers, Drivers and Account Consultants associated with client interaction
- Gather and feedback to leadership for purpose of enhancing the quality of service
- Ensure clients' demands are satisfied regarding vehicle condition and timeliness of vehicle pickup and delivery date and time frames
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization
- Manage driver personnel including scheduling, training, and customer service
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Responsible for making inbound and outbound phone calls to pickup and delivery contacts as well as coordinate pick up and deliveries with Operations Support personnel
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Interacts well with already established strategic relationships and partnership
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- You must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Prior fleet and vehicle logistics experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a transportation dispatch setting preferred but not required
- Strong logistic and geographic skill set.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of customer service and problem-solving methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations

In the Driver Support Coordinator role, you will work cross functionally with Dispatchers, Account Consultants and Drivers to assure vehicles are delivered on time and in as good condition as possible. This is a fulltime in-office position.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18- $20/hr. Based on Experience
