- Lead merchandising and buying of product line.
- Develop assortment plans, including price point and space allocation for product.
- Ensure the product development team follows the line plan and production calendar. Collaborate with manufacturing on vendors, calendar and costing strategies.
- Participant in planning ad campaigns and merchandise presentations.
- Track competitive market process and performs assessments of fashion trends.
- Partner with other functions to manage inventory.
- Tracks and reviews sales to provide analysis for increased sales opportunities, improve margins, manage inventories and decrease markdowns.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of merchandising experience.
- Greta communication and collaboration skills.
