Title:
Sourcing Manager

The Semiconductor Manufacturing Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients supply chain operations and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality materials and components essential to our manufacturing processes.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and a proven track record of successful supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Identification and Qualification:
Identify potential suppliers for critical materials and components used in semiconductor manufacturing.
Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, reliability, cost, and technological capabilities.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Implement process improvements, supplier development programs, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing sourcing or procurement roles, with a deep understanding of semiconductor materials and components.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop strategic supplier relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP, and data analytics platforms.
