Join our knowledgeable and well-established team who has been serving the residents of Western Maryland for over 30 years. With your help, we can accomplish our goal of providing high-quality, accessible, comprehensive, and compassionate healthcare for every one of our patients.
Compensation:
$200,000 starting base salary with partnership bonuses
Sign-on and relocation assistance
75th percentile earnings with partnership - $315,000+
Robust Pension Program with automatic contribution
Practice Setting:
Practice consists of 1 location and 5 pediatricians
Bread and butter outpatient American Pediatric Medicine
Average of 20-25 patients per day
2 full time APP's - no supervision required
Schedule:
4-day workweek
1:6 call rotation
Minimal ER Observation Unit coverage - 15 patients a year
