Job summary

We are hiring a motivated Leasing Consultant for our Apartment Community in Riviera Beach, FL. The consultant will handle incoming calls and online traffic, lease apartments and prepare leasing files for approval and renewals.
Responsibilities include greeting all residents and prospective residents who visit or call the Leasing Office,
staying informed on surrounding market community amenities floor plans available communicating with prospective residents to schedule apartment tours assess their rental needs guide them through the leasing path view prepared model units onsite amenities performing market surveys of surrounding market relay to the Community Manager inviting prospects complete sign lease documents collect qualifying information follow leasing protocol prepare lease files review audit.
