- Ensure compliance with third party payor requirements as well as all applicable state/federal laws and regulations
- Leverage real-world understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes to review data and account level detail to identify root causes and extrapolate learnings to larger populations of accounts
- Use data to generate key insights including variances to best practice, current performance, process change adoption levels, and pain points
- Measure and trend activities to drive results
- Partner with key stakeholders and across teams to resolve process gaps, create policies and align procedures to changing business priorities
- Communicate and present data and process analysis results in a concise, professional manner
- Participate in the operational rhythm of the business including appropriate communication, insights and incident management
- Analyze federal, state, and county program requirements, implement changes to operating systems in order to conform to them or to improve patient accounting
- Perform other duties, as needed
- Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Strong emphasis on P&L, Operations, Finance and Data Analytics
