    As a WxT Project Manager, you will engage in all aspects of the business, from customer relationship development to estimating, contract procurement, schedule and change management, field execution and project closeout.Your primary responsibilities will be growing customer relationships through consistent project execution and deliveryaligned with our strong customer-centered culture that includes our prospects, clients, coworkers and subcontract partners.

    As a successful candidate, you:

    • Have a track record of managing projects successfully with an entrepreneurial approach to making it happen
    • Move quickly from project to project, keeping a good grasp of the details without losing perspective of the 'big picture'
    • Enjoy handling multiple projects in various stages of completion, easily moving from project to project - handling submittals, meetings/minutes, scope, billings and costs control, quality, safety and close-out
    • Have a high sense of urgency to address and resolve challenges that arise over the course of a project
    • Build strong customer and subcontractor relationships
    • Have experience in construction industry, with some knowledge of estimating, scheduling and field operations
    • Manage projects to beat the schedule and enhance the return for the customer and the company

    Qualifications & Requirements
    • 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience; weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience preferred
    • Excellent communications skills and customer service experience; business development skills and experience a plus
    • Strong understanding of project financial management
    • Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred
    • Valid driver's license
