    Job Summary:

    • Provide one-on-one service to clients in various settings (home, school, daycare/community)
    • Collect and record data based on observed behavior
    • Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in maintaining graphs and summarizing data
    This role offers a competitive starting hourly rate with opportunities for advancement upon Registered Behavior Technician certification completion.

    A comprehensive benefit package is available for full-time staff including health, vision, dental insurance, life insurance, and 401k.

    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree/AA degree with previous experience preferred but not required
    • Prior experience working with children is necessary
    We provide extensive training so willingness to learn is essential.
