- QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, an Associate Degree is preferred, and at least one year of experience in a related field. Candidates MUST have a valid AZ driver's license, Class B CDL with passenger designation, pass an AZ DOT physical, complete training programs with post-training qualification period, pass drug and alcohol tests, write clear reports, and be willing to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
