Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience Model train and coach team member expectations to deliver on our GUEST service model culture Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches being authentic respectful creating equitable experiences Plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your direct leader execute the same to deliver on department store sales goals guest engagement including planning merchandising sets make changes updates to merchandise sets planograms sales plans events promotions Lead demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding learning help close skill gaps through development coaching interactions Assign daily tasks TMs based planned workload guest traffic patterns ensuring alignment weekly monthly business priorities set direct leader Encourage use tools available in their department i.e fitting room testers displays welcome inspire influence guests providing personalized recommendations complete purchase Support teams execution changes updates visual presentations defined categories Create inspiring moments product organized signed correctly merchandised support seasonal trends Support leaders leading assigned backroom processes organization layout replenishment product available guests Participate hiring holding processes Lead prioritize guest experience fitting rooms welcoming clean safe applicable areas responsibility Support establishing clear goals expectations hold members accountable Demonstr Demote ethically conduct safety compliance lead hold accountable work safety expectations assisting incident response reporting investigating injuries timely accuratelyJob description
