    PURPOSE
    :

    Supports the strategic marketing goals of the organization
    Responsibilities include:

    developing content for digital and print platforms and tracking and reporting analytics; and contributing to the tactical decisions in executing the annual strategic plan.

    Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization supported.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    :

    Develops content for marketing and communication materials for all media channels.
    Monitors SEO and web site analytics for all web assets and uses analytics to inform content development.
    Manages email lists and works with the marketing team to implement Hubspot and Listrak email solutions.
    Plans automation for email campaigns and provide recommendations for enhanced engagement based on available data.
    Tests and measures the effectiveness of new tactics using A/B testing and other methods.
    Maintains and expands knowledge about SEO and email best practices, marketing analytics, and the various data analysis platforms.
    Participates in tactical brainstorming sessions and campaign development.

    Works closely with the VP of Marketing, Communications, & Engagement, Digital Marketing Supervisor, the marketing team, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns.

    Maintains brand consistency in all of company marketing materials including assisting with update and maintaining content style guides.
    Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
    Regular and dependable attendance.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    :

    Attends community events and sponsored events as needed.
    Assists with Customer Service Representative duties as needed
    Performs other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    :

    Education and Experience
    Required:

    High school diploma or GED.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or at least five (5) years of experience working as a content writer, copywriter or in a similar role, one (1) of which working with SEO.

    Preferred:

    Experience managing vendors including ad agencies and experience in the physician-based, medical care industry. At least one (1) year of experience measuring the results of campaigns.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and techniques in order to effectively meet marketing goals within boundaries of budget. Ability to effectively extend this knowledge to the medical care industry.
    Excellent organization skills and ability to develop processes to achieve higher department efficiency and quality.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate to internal and external customers.
    Good knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms, such as Tableau.
    Good problem-solving and listening skills.
    Experience using the following software applications:

    Adobe Creative Suite; Adobe Acrobat Professional, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Content Management Systems.
    Maintains and expands knowledge independently.
    Ability to handle multiple priorities in order to meet project deadlines.
    Ability to initiate workflow and work independently.
    Ability to develop presentations and present concepts to cross-functional teams within the organization.
    Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
