    Overview

    About the Position

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Construction Administration and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Deltek MasterSpec and BSD SpecLink is highly desired. Additionally, the successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam Studio, and Newforma, with knowledge of Revit and LEED certification systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain project specifications per established procedures
    • Edit and create technical specification sections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards
    • Create written requirements for products, procedures, and standards for complex projects
    • Assist staff in conducting product research and develop relationships with product representatives
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve design solutions

    Requirements

    • Professional architecture degree or related degree preferred
    • Architectural license preferred, but not required
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Construction Administration
    • Excellent communication and writing skills, with strong spelling, grammar, and typing abilities
    • CSI CDT or CCS certificate preferred
