Job Description:8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project.

Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and supportStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server Database, SSRS and similar development toolsExperience of rollouts, deployments, upgradeExperience of code / fix push to EMPOSExperience of setting up new stores, store migrationsExperience of SLA based supportExperience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNowGood exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledgeFlexible with work hoursAbility to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.

Ability to identify risks, issues, find solutions and plan/manage them.
Good at business interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
