    Description
    **Overview**
    Anesthesiology Residency Program at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center (SFMC) is seeking board-certified/board-eligible candidates for its new residency program.
    Our team consists of 23 physicians and over 40 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). We welcome part-time candidates and 2024 graduating residents and fellows to apply. The hospital is a 649-bed quaternary facility and the largest Level-I trauma center between Chicago and St. Louis.
    Benefits:
    • We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including generous paid time off, vacation and holiday time, sick leave, CME time and dollars, and a $100K signing bonus.
    • The schedule includes only two calls per month, one 24-hour shift (in-house) and one 16-hour shift (from home), with post-call days off.
    • We have a three-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule, concierge relocation services, health, life, dental, and retirement plans, paid occurrence-based malpractice, residency/training stipend, student loan repayment and counseling, and career development through our Physician Leadership Academy.
    • The clinical base salary pay range for this position is $465,000-$590,521.
    Qualifications:
    • Licenses/Certifications: Physician licensed (or eligible to be licensed) to practice medicine in the current state, licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics (if applicable).
    • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies) and obtain/maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
    • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs and meet all qualifications to participate in OSF programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

    • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
