Designs, builds, tests, and generates reports utilizing information databases; reviews, revises. formats, and analyzes data to ensure information meets user needs.
- Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations; identifies, manages, and discovers process improvements as they relate to reporting delivery.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to identify needs for reporting - Collaborates closely with technical support, database administrators, software developers, and other business groups - Aids in data discovery for cleanup activities with users and project teams - Trains new and existing staff on how to develop and/or use queries, including the development of training materialSkills Required
