    BetterComp is a rapidly growing SaaS company making big waves in the HR/compensation space. We are seeking a Demand Generation to help drive our next phase of growth.

    The Demand Generation Manager will be a key player in achieving our company growth objectives, making this a highly visible role with a lot of room to grow for the right person.

    This role will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing demand generation programs that drive growth.

    What you bring:
    6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (HR tech or startup preferred) with at least 4 years in demand gen-focused roles
    Proven track record of driving conversions through inbound marketing and multi-channel digital campaigns
    Passion for experimentation beyond the traditional A/B test; willingness to make big bets on new channels and approaches alongside tried and true demand gen tactics
    Demonstrated experience partnering with outbound and sales-led motions to optimize opportunity creation
    Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices, including lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing
    Proficiency in sales and marketing platforms including Hubspot, Google Analytics, digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager), and Salesforce
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations and decisions that drive marketing initiatives and inform goals

    What you'll do:
    Build a deep understanding of our market and customers and leverage that knowledge to develop strategies, campaigns, and programs that achieve marketing and revenue goals
    Develop and execute multi-channel inbound demand generation campaigns including email marketing, event and webinar marketing, and paid advertising that capture, nurture, and convert high-quality leads
    Partner with Business Development to implement, maintain, and optimize a lead-scoring framework to identify and prioritize leads for sales follow-up
    Share insights from demand gen campaigns to help identify content opportunities and guide content strategy
    Optimize event marketing strategy including trade shows, field events, and webinars to drive attendance, engagement, and conversions
