    Position Summary
    The HIC3 works independently. The employee answers directly to the Office Manager. The employee must be able to phone lines in a courteous and polite manner.

    The employee must be able to direct all calls or be willing to find the information requested by the caller.

    The employee must be knowledgeable in computer skills, fax machine, scanning, and copier. The employee must be flexible.

    These positions are in a Career Progression Group.
