What does a Property Inspection Specialist with Paul Davis do?A Property Inspection Specialist is responsible for traveling to and from residential and commercial property to assist clients and customers with the initial inspection and scope for repair and restoration of their home or business due to damage from water, fire, wind, storm, or mold loss.
The Property Inspection Specialist is expected to accurately determine the project scope for the desk estimator to develop an estimate to complete project.
In this role, the Property Inspection Specialist will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners regarding the scope and estimation process.
The Property Inspection Specialist will be the first point of contact for all matters related to initial inspection including but not limited to the 3D imaging, all photos, and the scope required for estimate processing.
The main objective is to provide exceptional customer service and extraordinary care while honoring our core values of integrity, positive attitude, sense of urgency, communication with purpose, commitment to learn, and pride in work.
