    Public Private Partnerships Unit Chief

    We are looking for a strategic, people-oriented, and highly motivated individual to lead the Public Private Partnership Unit (PPP) under the Infrastructure and Energy Sector (INE) of the Vice Presidency for Sectors and Knowledge.

    The PPP Unit Chief will be responsible for an effective coordination of work plans and strategies with IDB Invest, as well as providing thought leadership and direction to the PPP Unit. The position requires at least 15 years of relevant international working experience, preferably in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a proven record at the senior leadership level.

    • Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary and diverse team located in Washington, DC, and at the Bank's country offices in LAC and the Caribbean.
    • Coordinate the design, preparation, supervision, and execution of technical assistance and advisory services for PPP in areas of infrastructure.
    • Provide technical mentorship to borrowers, implementing agencies, country offices, and other units of the IDB Group in matters related to programs and projects in execution.
