    Description

    Compassionate Caregiver Wanted

    We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver. At HomeWell Care Services, we value our employees and recognize their importance in providing top-notch care to our clients.

    As a Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing non-medical services that enable them to age in place comfortably in their own homes.

    Duties:

    • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities that promote social interaction.
    • Light Cooking and Cleaning: Assist with meal preparation and light household chores.
    • Bathing, Grooming, and Toileting: Ensure personal hygiene and grooming needs are met.
    • Assistance with Ambulation and Medication Reminders: Help clients with mobility and medication management.
    • Transportation for Appointments and Errands: Safely transport clients to appointments and run errands.

    Qualifications:

    • CNA or HHA license preferred, but at least 6 years of part-time work experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals is required.
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to form strong relationships with clients.
    • Reliable transportation and proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable).
    • Physical ability to perform duties of the position.
    • Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable attitude.
    • Pass a national and state-level criminal background check.
