    Job DescriptionA nephrology clinic located in Houston, TX is currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN to join their team full-timeCheck out the details below:

    Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Outpatient – Nephrology Clinic

    Location: Houston, TX (South Central area)

    Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday; 8a – 5p

    Pay: Based on experience, plus benefits package

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse duties to include but not limited to:

    • Reviews and reports lab results
    • Schedule office patient visits and outpatient testing
    • Performs phlebotomy and administers injections; processes and prepares labs for pickup; assists with EKG's, office procedures as needed and provides other patient care services as directed by the physicians and practice protocols
    • Perform PA's; lab orders, prescriptions, etc
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the State of Texas
    • Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing Program
    • Covid and flu vaccination REQUIRED
    • At least 1 year of experience as an LVN nephrology/transplant experience preferred
