    Established wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting the operational and administrative functions of the firm. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with relevant experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to form professional relationships will be important for success in the position.

    RESPONSIBILITES:

    Administrative Duties:

    • Manage general office administration tasks, including supplies management and office space coordination.
    • Professionally and courteously handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
    • Willingly undertake additional responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the office environment.

    Client Support (40%):

    • Act as a liaison between clients and advisors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to administrative matters.
    • Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
    • Manage routine operational tasks to streamline advisor workflows.
    • Promote and facilitate client engagement with online resources and the client portal.

    Ethical Conduct:

    • Exercise sound judgment and ethical decision-making in all interactions.
    • Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding client information.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Develop a basic understanding of the products and services utilized by the firm
    • Familiarize oneself with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to client needs and financial planning recommendations.
    • Stay informed about the company's financial planning approach and service offerings.

    Process & Data Management (30%):

    • Ensure consistency and accuracy in the use of data definitions throughout the firm.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client information and interactions.
    • Support and uphold operational workflow processes.
    • Take ownership of data definitions and oversee their ongoing maintenance.

    Technology:

    • Assist in minor updates to the website and other platforms
    • Coordinate and manage client events as needed.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the technology and services offered by our custodial platform provider.
    • Utilize key software applications, including CRM, document management systems, and scheduling tools, to support operational workflows.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic startup culture.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and show initiative.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Preferred: Proficiency in a foreign language, especially South Asian languages
    • Proficiency in business computer applications, including MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering quality service.

    SALARY:

    • $70-80k + bonus, depending on experience. Exceptional benefits.
